12/31/2023 EnchantaVaughn Approved 1.Behavior: QMHP-C greeted Ashiyah upon arrival to the home setting. Upon arrival to the home setting, Ashiyah appeared to be in good mood evident by her facial expressions such as a smile on the face and engaging in general conversation with QMHP-C. QMHP-C informed Ashiyah that this session was going to focus on her anger management. 2. Behavior: Ashiyah was cooperative throughout the session as she was being active and engaging fully in each part of the sessions. 1.Intervention: QMHP-C began the session by inquiring about Ashiyahâs current thoughts, feelings and emotions. QMHP-C began session by reiterating journal writing to help with expressing feelings and thought's verses acting out negatively with anger and frustration. QMHP-C processed with Ashiyah on demonstrating times in the past where she was triggered to display harsh and disrespectful behaviors. QMHP-C created a scenario to help Ashiyah identify how her behaviors are projected by other and perceived. 2. Intervention: QMHP-C processed those behaviors with Ashiyah for her to visually see how her negative interactions causes consequences. QMHP-C role-played with Ashiyah to help her see the difference between receiving what behaviors are reflected on other people. QMHP-C processed with Ashiyah on the legal consequences that could have occurred from her actions and challenged her to think before acting for future references. 1. Response: Ashiyah appeared to be receptive to QMHP-Csâ interventions and services that were provided to her during the session. Ashiyah reported that journaling has helped her before but her mother started reading her journal. 2. Response: She reported that it's been difficult to write her feelings. Through modeling and role-playing Ashiyah could identify how her behaviors have been negative toward others and how others perceive her as being the aggressor. However, she later engaged with some difficulty and could demonstrate how her behaviors were negative and identified alternative ways she could have interacted with others.
